Can I invite my team into my instance of club app?

Yes! We want you to be able to work with your team without boundaries. In fact, we have placed no limits as to how many users you can invite. You can also assign different privileges according to the role of each team member. Why do I need to ask to be verified for registration?

Because Football clubs operate under strict regulations, and because we care about protecting the integrity of data, particularly when it comes to handling player identities. What we do is ask for a club license ID, so that a club representative can be verified as having the authority to represent their club on our app. Once we see that everything is ok, we will accept the request, create the account and mark this first club member as Administrator. Then he or she can invite other club members and use the app.

How can I pay for the service?

We take most major credit and debit cards, as well as offer support for SEPA Direct Debit in the territories where that payment method is available. It will be a monthly recurring charge, unless changed or canceled by the account administrator. The monthly invoices will be made available under Settings>Billing for viewing and downloading.

Are the licenses issued by this app valid or recognized by any football federation?

The short answer is no. We currently provide this solution to create a license ID for your club. However, if you import a CSV file provided by your Football Federation, we will take that data (including the license number issued by your federation) and prompt your added players to upload files for verification. In this way, you can create your own club-branded license cards that comply with the information your Federation has on file. It would be interesting to see if we can get official approval from regulatory entities in order for these IDs to be recognised and used in more ways than this.

How do you create the club licenses?

By entering player details such as name, email, and sub-team name (for instance, whether he or she plays for your U-20 or Senior Squad), you can then issue a license. This sets off a process by which the player will upload a birth certificate and an ID Scan in order to verify his/her identity, as well as provide a portrait image to be used on the club license card. As a club official, you are required to verify each uploaded file and only issue a club license card for players or staff associated to your club. A unique number will be generated and linked to each issued ID.
